CLAIM AND RETURN POLICY:

 

 

Claims for any defects in shipments must be made within 72 hours once the goods have been received. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization by Max West.

 

All defective merchandise must be returned in the original packing material.  Max West does not issue cash refunds. We will give or exchange only for defected merchandise or omissions.

 

There will be a 15% for restocking fee for returned items with original packing and plus a fee of $50 per piece for those without original packing material. Merchandise that has been assembled will not be accepted for a refund.

 

For goods that have been shipped by third party trucking companies, we ask for customers to thoroughly inspect the merchandise immediately at the time of arrival. If the shipments have been damaged, please contact your shipping company first. Afterwards, please provide photographs and details of the damages to your sales representative or office. If damaged merchandises are not reported promptly, we will no be able to assist you with later claims.


Max West does not accept or honor chargeback, debits, returns, offsets or deductions without our written consent.
